cool, but the "This item is untested and may require repair. Item is sold "As Is" and is not returnable." part kinda worries me, youve got no way to know what shape that ballast is in, how old it is, how many hours it has run, or if it even does run. I guess for 40 its worth a shot in the dark, although personally im not really interested enough.

Plus it probably got seized from someones grow room. That sucks.

that's why i shared is was ether seized or was suspected as stolen property

sure hope that state is legal and your legal, that is a cop sight for seized goods. If you have your card, shouldnt be a problem :+)
