Checking up on maturity of small plants...

Ive got five plants that are outdoor now, but for the first month they were indoor. i had to get em out cuz relatives were coming over to stay.

it has been about a 45 days since i started them from seeds. they are about 10-12 inches tall, but still dont have full "leafage"

they are still in groups of three's and no flowering

Is this normal? when sould i expect them to flower?

They shouldnt flower until the days are near 12/12 so they will continue to veg till fall before they flower normally.

its like 10 light/14 dark where i live now. can i force them to flower during june-ish or july?

To be honest i'm not really sure, last time I grew outdoors I was a teenager, i started em inside planted them out in small clearings in the woods and went back a few weeks before hunting season with less then desirable results. Now i just grow indoors where i can control the enviroment, better results so far, and its so much nicer to watch it grow day by day.

mines outdoors, but i still chech up on it everyday. i built a mini green house so i can control temperature and only give it water when i want to

even still, its probably the lamest setup on this whole site.
