Checking out some ballasts! Lets Chat Riu :)

Hey guys looking into buying a couple ballasts for the start of my collection first ballasts then reflectors, Anywho i'm so far hooked on phonics with the Galaxy Select a watt Ballast 400 and 600 (How are these in your opinion when it comes to noise from fan and all around productivity thanks. Only other one im looking into right now is these really cheap UltraGrow 1000w Ballasts there like 15 20 dollars more then the galaxy and its a 1000 watt (Wondering if this ballast is of any greatness, so far i have heard its loud) How loud could it really be? and when compared to the galaxy whats how much more loud and unreliable is this. Thanks anyone and everyone who care to help. No offense to anyone if im being blunt in anyway

Another thing guys, where can i buy seeds online with a debit card shipped to anywhere in the united states. I tryed attitude but they dont take mastercards.... Sending cash is an option if there print out form worked.. Thanks i need to buy seeds like yesterday, 3 bag seeds at the moment some freakshow lenky stemy girls haha babys

bare none the best .........no other ballast i seen can do all this and designed to be hooked into multi ballast with out blowing the fuse .......they also has some killer choices in bulbs

what ever u decide to this ballast will allow u to use what ever WATT u want plus it has a boost to recover lumens when the bulb is 1/2-3/4 bulb of life
