Hi All.......I just wanted to share a picture of this gigantic CFL I got at Lowes. I put a lighter in the picture for comparsion. It is a 65W(300W equivalent) putting out 3900 lumens

they got these fuckin gnarly 500w CFLs too dude. I cant remember where to find them, but there around. lemme look real quick and if i can find, ill post a link for u.

here we go, its not really gonna give u an idea of how big it is, but aall im sayin is, im pickin up two for my veg chamber next week!!! , lol 34 bucks!! not too shnabby
12 inches long and 4 inches in diameter. thats a big ass cfl...

thats a tiddler lol check this 125w (actual watts) in 6400k , that is the smallest ive got im using bigger 250w (actual watts ) in my growroom . google envirolites for more info

shit dude, now that im lookin online, there are CFLs that are the equivalent of 1500 watts of light. now THATS fuckin balls out CFL loyalty right there boy lol. If ida known those exsisted, i might have went with 2 or 3 of them badboys and tried a grow with them. Still though, im glad i got my 600 watt setup n cooltube....

A 1500 watt CFL sounds like a major fire hazard - lol!

yes screwsd straight into a standard e40 socket , it has its own ballast built into the bottom of the bulb . they can run quite hot so id reccomend a good intake / exhaust , but saying that i get those bulbs upto just an inch from my plants and they dont burn .

Lighting Set Growth 200W - CFL

a CFL that comes with a ballast, reflector, n mogul socket set, lol. Its a 1500w equivalent i think.

now THATS a cfl dude.
