Check out my Pic. White Hairs

Ok. So this is my first grow and this is a learning stage but im confused that two of my six plants are looking like they want to flower and are growing white hairs??? These were all clones.

Are these pre flower and can I still veg feed them or do I need to start feeding flowering nutes??? I just startes feeding them nutrients about two weeks ago??? Wtf??
