Great first grow. I've yet to have the experiance. Hopefully this batch will be fat. How many plants gave you the 2 oz, I only have 2 plants.
 
one plant, lol .... vegged for a month flowered for two. let her get nice and fat .... dude its fuckin great weed too!

The phototron was 100 bucks from a friend, although the model I have is 600 bucks or so new. I would not recommend spending that kind of money to grow one plant....just doesn't make sense. I am going to use if for a mother plant and get a 1000 watt HPS for net grow. I added two HPS lights to phototron during flowering as well to help w the lumens.

Cant complain though it grew my one plant beautifully.

Is the platinum from socal or northern cali. iv enever seen it before it looks nice I have some of the original OG I would like to get the platinum genetics
 
i have purchased platinum o.g. at dispenseries in socal but have not seen that particular clone for sale. any pure o.g strain is a clone unless its been crossed with a male of another strain was your grow from seed or clone?
 
here is the model I grew my plant in.

The platinum OG is a so cal strain. I have to yet to find out what the genetics are. I got this plant from a buddy at the time I thought it was a clone being that he told me it was OG but I just found out yesterday it was a seed from a # of Platinum OG he bought. Now I am way confused since arent all OG'S clones only?

Thanz 4 the pic, but I thought I found out that the Platinum OG Kush genes are for you... could have sworn I did...
 
generally speaking og is clone only. it could be a og cross like mk ultra or kushage. i personally like 'true og' or 'sfv og' also '818 og' these are clone strains i am making some og crosses right now like og kush-white widow and og-kush-hashberry should be interesting. i would think platinum is a cross someone made. the plant itself does not look like pure og to me compared to my og and the clones i see at dispenseries. cannabis genetics are hard to keep track of so it is hard to know for sure. i do know that true og kush is a indica/sativa hybrid it is not 1 or the other like some people think.:peace:
