I found this site and wanted some specs on a few things, but I also had a feeling there might be something wrong because they had no phone number and no info on where they are located. So I googled for Better Business info, and according to them, they were not in business anymore, as their listed phone did not answer. Well they did have a customer service email addy, so I sent an email saying I needed specs if I were to make an order. I got almost an instant reply, less then an hour, asking what I needed to know. I replyed with the specs I wanted, and remarked that the BBB believed them to be out of business. Well that was more then a week ago and nothing from them.

Buyer beware, peeps. :?:hump:

i think most likely its someone selling out of the apartment, website even looks like i could code it in a day. so you might try it, but there is little chance if something goes wrong youll get your money back or warranty. it seems really odd that they "are not in business anymore" indicating they were at some time and maybe went belly up?
 
Here's the deal, when I sent my first email they responded in less then an hour. When I replyed I mentioned the BBB and not a word since. Slick looking website, but my opinion is if you were to physicaly go to the address it would be an empty apartment with a server.
 
I didn't miss anything. The phone doesn't answer, so no longer in business? Maybe they cut out the phone to cut expenses, who knows? There are enough sources that if you don't feel good about this one, choose another. My only point was that simply because they don't have a phone number any longer doesn't necessarily mean anything nefarious. BBB may have jumped to conclusions as well.

You don't see something wrong, when they email me within an hour, and then after I mention the BBB, they can't reply back within over 10 days now? This thread was to warn the community about a very dodgy site, not to argue.

Is that your website? :roll:
