Cheapest soil/water pH meter?

I need a pH meter that can take readings in water and in soil. So far I can only find ones that say they are for one or the other, but not both. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Believe me, cheapest can buy you a lot of problems when the readings are inaccurate.

You don't even want to know!! Don't buy a ph meter until you are ready to drop about $200, otherwise you will end up with a piece of crap!!

Lowe's has one for 12 bucks, but it looked cheesy.
