maybe write to all the breeders and ask for free samples or handouts or whatever but even if you are really broke don't go ordering guaranteed delivery seeds with money that you borrowed off you're mom and then saying you didn't get them to get free replacements all the time cus that is bad karma dude and the plants will surely die or get humid mold or paranoy high from bad karma, but good luck.

Some people have liked the Beanho crosses available at Hemp Depot.
The cheapest seeds could be old though as it is suspected they are from seed runs a couple of years back. That doesn't mean they are no good, you just might have a little lower germination rate on the PCK crosses.
Others have already mentioned Peak seeds as being good. Many would agree with them.
