apologize if it been asked already just smoked 7.2 str8 to the face so dont feel like looking through threads..anyway

what are the cheapest grow lights you can buy that will produce a minor yield( friend wants 2no)
Also can sum 1 tell me if this is good.... i spray my plants dwn wit regular tap water but was thinking of adding sliced bananas n2 the water bottle

will that benefit or damage the plant?
 
CFLs are the cheapest route for a small yield in limited space. If space isn't too small a 150w HPS can give good results and you can find them for 50 bucks online. Foliar feeding with tap water is good, I wouldn't add any banana to it though. Your body absorbs the potassium when you digest it, but I don't think coating your plant in it would be beneficial, more likely it would risk some sort of mold/fungus/bacteria growing on it.
