Changing Lights-On Time

It’s getting colder out and my grow room doesn’t have a heat vent in it. I want to have the lights on during the night to keep temps up.

Right now they come on at 5AM and shut off at 11PM.

I’d like lights on to be around 6PM

How should I go about this?

My friend said to just give them one long night, so lights off at 11PM until 6PM the next day. Idk if that’s a good idea or not.

Your friend is right, the least stress will be to give them some extra dark period, they won't even notice.

That seems like the easiest way to do it. I just wanted to make sure it wouldn’t be too big of a stressor
