Changing Light Schedule

Is it ok if I change my light schedule? Right now my lights turn on at 8 am and turn off at 8 pm from a digital timer. I want to know if can switch it so the lights turn on at 8 pm and off at 8am. Really wish I would have done it from the begginng but I didnt, o well. The plants are 5 weeks and 3 days into flowering..

i would think to give the 24hr off and then on at 8pm.

thank you. that would seem right to me as well for the 24 hr to be dark rather than light.
anyone say the oppisite that 24 hr of light would be better?
