Changing Light schedule

hey i had a general question im wanting to switch my light cycle from currently 6:30Am to 12:30 am (18/6) to 10pm-4Am will these change harm my plants????? I need to switch it up because i rather have light off during daytime since sometimes i have ppl over my place and light comes out threw vents, im currently vegging.

yo will be fine just make sure you keep it in veg for at least a week

thanks guys appreciate help...its been 2 days since the switch and they seem pretty much the same.
