so I was an idiot and left a side vent of my tent open during the night cycle. Do these plants have a chance or should I cut my losses now?

If it was just one night, you'll be fine. You would have to do that every night for like a week to reveg them.

I've screwed up many times leaving lights on during dark cycle. Does not seem to be a problem. It's to be avoided, but dead black darkness the whole flowering period is over-emphasized in my opinion.
