CFMs for exhaust fan in 4x4 tent?

How many cfm do i need for an exhaust fan in a 4x4 grow tent? And has anybody used a panasonic whisper line brfore? They are suppossed to hella quiet.

My current one is a 460 cfm, I'm going to replace it with a stronger fan, so it works better in summer. I'm running between 1k to 1.4k vert depending on what stage

So... what you are saying is that say 1500 cfm in a 4x4 is a bit much?

Yes and no. I'm looking to get a 900cfm. Figured that will be more than enough. If you have a fan speed controller and your fan is compatible to be slowed down, then its fine. I know a mate that used a 10" built into a purpose built 4x4 room. The fan on the outside and filter inside, he didn't even need fans inside to circulate air.
