CFM help

I am about to start a new crop... This one will be HOTTER than any one ive done yet. Im using a 1000W /6" vented hood/MH/HPS system. I just moved into a new place... way out in the sticks but i do have neighbors... having said that the room I selected is an odd ball shaped room... measuring (with a digital ruler) ....(11.041ft)(7.700ft)(7.291ft). for a CFM of 619.849 or simply 619.85 or (619.85)(0.03)(60) = 1,115.76 Cubic feet/Hour

I read on various other sites where the recirculation of the air in the "Room" should be 3-5 times per HOUR.

Question::: Is this true or is is actually 3-5 time per MINUTE?

Second question ....what is the best fan(s) to accompolish what i need too?

Third question is that what is the best set up to keep this 1000w system the coolest? thanks MX

exhausting out of the room with your hood is a great way to get rid of a lot of the excess heat (i would get a six inch inline fan by Hydrofarm, they have excellent CFM), and then use a booster (probably an 8 inch booster fan, or another 6 inch inline) fan to pull cooler fresh air into the grow,
