cfls that kill smell

I'm sure buying normal bulbs and using the DIY carbon filter would be more effective, not to mention that for those to be effective, you'd need 10+ per plant. Needless to say, you'd be better off with a HPS or MH ballast and bulb for the money you'd rake out on a decent amount of those.
 
Well I use 12 23w 6500k for vegging and 12 43w 2700k for flowering . Which seems to work great for me . I only grow 6 plants at a time . As far as cost goes , what i paid for the lights I could of bought a new ballast for my 400w HID . You can get the bulbs at your local hardware store for less then buying them online .
