CFL's no more... Look what I got for Christmas!!!

Well, I'm all done finally, got my 600w HPS, my hubby got me for Christmas :hump:(WOOOTY!!) no more CFL's (except for side lighting) changed my grow room to my walk-in closet, had it in the den ajasoned to the front door, with a sheriff and a cop on my block, not such a good idea (whada pothead!!:blsmoke:).
I think i will start my grow journal now!!

Tell me what y'all think!!! Suggestions welcome!!:mrgreen:

Thanks FDD, i am soo happy to be rid of them and the myth about the temp are lie, my temp is more under control now, but i do have the cooled hood, i didnt get it in the pic, but i will later... HEEEHAAA!!!!
 
Thanks No Grow, i vegged absolutely tooo long, i am starting some new ones this weekend, and making me a veg cupboard so i can have contiuous growing ablity. I dont go back to work till 01/07/08 so i will be getting alot done these next few days!!!!
 
Can i change my light dark schedule an hour, without having any hermie problems? right now its set at 5:15 on/off, i want to change it to 6:15 on /off? Can i do this?

if you are on 12/12 do it so they get an extra hour of dark. it shouldn't hurt them.


sometimes i take my exhaust duct off to use my light to help heat my room. i'm running a kerosene heater all night while my lights are on. i got it up to 73 degrees in my room. still a little too cold.
 
looks like a mother plant man, nice for floro. looks like you have what you need now, get that light up. huge plant, imagine the amount of bud that will produce. it looks like that is an outside plant. looking good, late
 
lol, i will never have that problem, i live in a place were we have 120 degree summers, so my room is at a steady 78-80 w/light and 73-75 w/o. Thanks, will do!! Man this light is sooooo much brighter!!!
 
Thanks JSG, yea i got 4 105w and 1 85w with my 600w HPS, i only have 3-4 more weeks b4 harvest but i am starting my next grow tomorrow!!! How far away should the light be???
 
aaahhh doesnt it feel good to have the 600 watts fueling your plants to anew level.Use those cfls to replace you bulbs around the house and save the electricity for your good light.. welcome home to the house of HID lights.Another saved life
 
Thanks BSI, i feel like a kid before and after Christmas, i cant wait till my dark period is over, i am starting my second grow today, more plant cause i got more space and light (WOOOPIIII). I will start a journal this time around and buy a better camera, this is a great hobby!!!
