ok so i have over 300 watts of 6500k CFLs and a 70 watt HPS in a hydro setup... not really too sure wat to expect any insight?

Cone reflectors aren't that good. You're wasting a lot of light.

yea i know i was thinkin bout making a ceiling dat i can move up and down but i donno with those wires
