CFLs for seedlings

Im starting to grow a couple plants in my closet and im planning on using some CFLs but i dont know what kind i should use for my seedlings. Any reccomendations? Possibly something i can go pick up at lowes?
 
24W 6500K. They don't need much light until they get established true leaves. Then the more the merrier.
