Been a while since I've been anywhere on here other than the nutrient def. guide, but I've got a question and figured I'd ask someone who may know before botching a plant. So here's my situation. I've only got about a 2.5'x4'x7' closet and it's been a decent enough space until now since my last few plants have all been topped and tied down leaving enough space for 3-4 plants lined diagonaly from corner to corner. This time around I only topped one of my two females(before sexing) and the untopped one grew much more rapidly than the other which was expected but not by this amount(wasn't even sure of the sex until about 2-2.5 weeks after the cut). My topped plant sets maybe just under 2' from top to bottom and the other is double that and growing out as well as up, leaving only a bit of light to penetrate down towards the other plant as its getting stuffed into the back corner. QUESTION: Can I do something along the lines of half a day under my lights and half a day in sunlight during flowering on my topped plant in an effort to avoid her being over crowded without having cut leaves off of the other plant? Something like 9:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M under lights and 3:00-9:00 in the sun. Or would that be a stress to the plant by being changed between light sources everyday like that ? Also it would be light coming from through the front door and windows (rather than directly outside)as I have VERY nosey neighbors. They're far enough away that I could safely keep it there for its time and having the front door facing to the west, the sun beats pretty hard through windows and screen doors from about 2-9 making it almost exactly half the day.(screen is easily removable if it would block to much light but unlikely). Another question, if it weren't to stressful on the plant one would think the sun would be a lot higher of an output than 350 or so watts. Leading me to think it would produce a denser heavier bud? Thanks for any input on the matter and if you bothered to read my babble.
