Yeah that'll do you just fine - just ensure you keep the lights close when it does pop up and start it's life

Thats plenty of light even for a full veg cycle its good enough. Ive used 3 24 watt cfls for a 6 week veg and they grew fine. Abit on the low side for my grow but worked ok
