Cfl are growing but l think the lights don't put out enough of a light spectrum for the plants at a certain growing stage, do l put another cfl bulb on the plant or starting growing with a hid for a few hours each day, a few hours each day to cut the cost down shouldn't stump the plant and give it a good amount of light to get'em growing again at a better pick me stage
