Okay so this is my first grow and i'm not feeding nutrients yet (i will when i get paid this up coming friday). The temps stay between 76-80 degrees the bigger 2 lights are 23 watt 2700k and the 2 smaller ones are helica 10 w. (idk what they are on the kelvin scale) and i was wondering if they are to close or positioned right for my plant. any and all criticism is welcome. please and thank you. The last picture is how i had it before. i just want my plant to grow lol. i will be moving her into a grow box when i get paid and i have the money to do so.

Looks good so far. A few comments for you:
1. Read the sticky's on this website. There is much to be learned from them.
2. Don't be in a hurry to use nutrients. You definitely don't need them just yet. Wait a couple (maybe a few) weeks.
3. Light positioning is fine. Get them as close as you can to the plant without burning it.
4. 2700k will work for veg growth, but 6500k bulbs are ideal. Save the 2700k's for flowering, and use 23/26 watt and 42 watt bulbs for flowering.
5. Be patient
6. Don't flap your gums to ANYbody about your grow.

I'm a fellow new(er) CFL user and some things I learned my first time around were:
1. You want about 100 watts per plant once your girl is bigger (so get two more of those 23w CFLS and add them when your plant fills out more)
2. CFLs DO burn plants. The advice I see of put them so they are touching the leaves will result in burning. I have to keep my lights at least 3-4" away from the leaves.
3. CFLs also produce heat in small grow boxes contrary to popular opinion. I found in my old rubbermaid set up, I could only use (4) 23-watt CFL's and keep the temps down into the 80's w/lights on. More than that was way too hot and this was with a 6" duct fan pulling air into the box + a fan blowing, so when you get your grow box set up, put the max # of lights you want to use in there w/a thermometer and make sure you set up can stay w/in temp ranges. It's all about airflow.
4. Nutes/water: wait for the plant to ask for both of these. It's easier to adjust when in need rather than fix when over-fed/over watered.
