cfl scrog, thoughts on maximizing yield.

drew up something on paint demonstrated here


the weird floating black things are power strips with y connectors and 23 watt cfls inserted and assembled in such a fashion that none of the bulbs would touch, basically disaligning them on purpose.

shit i cant even explain it.

neon green spots are where the nodes would pop out on the screen
and the yellow spots are cfls coming up from the bottom to around the same height of the buds giving them maximum light on all sides.
of course with great ventilation on the tops or possibly incasing the cfls in glass//plexiglass so that the heat doesnt stress the plant.

anyone ever try this? if so can you point me in the right direction?
if not can we all brainstorm on this and help a fellow grower?

well the idea is awesome, but i dont think if can be done unless you have awesome little glass//plexiglass boxes that fit the light to give then about a 1-2cm distance from the green. now if you could do that then it would be awesome.

but i know that light set up works because its what i have in my grow right now
just hang them over nice and close and you would be fine

i could somehow construct these boxes however glass is fragile and plexiglass is semi expensive.
