I have 6 bulbs that put out 1600 lumens per is that enough light for 2 plants?

Update: Generally you want 10,000 lumens per sq ft to mimic outdoor sunlight. Indoors the minimum you need to grow is 2,000 lumens per sq ft.
I use 60,000 lumens in a 9 sq ft space. = 6,666 lumens per sq ft.
