CFL Lights and Supplies

just wondering where I can get everything i need, im plannin on doin just a cfl grow. I got 4 cfl lights from home depot and a lamp from ikea haha..im only using 1 light right now and my only plant is still only 5 days in its seedling stage.
What am I goin to need once it hits the veg stage then the flower stage? if anyone could drop a list, where i can get it and pricing that would be great
im kinda workin on a tight budget

Wal-Mart and Home Depot 6500k for Vegetative Stage 2700k for flowering stage.Home Depot has cheaper Cfl's.

I've been finding good deals on amazon for 42w cfls which I find to be the best size and value.

yea you might wanna also look into gettting outlet adapters and socket splitters("y sockets")
