CFL lighting question

Ok so a few days ago I bought several daylight spectrum CFL's. All the same brand. When I plug them in a few of them are very bright white, while others have a more yellow tone like that of a flowering light. Im 99% sure they are all daylights, is it possible some just appear more yellow?

check on the ballast of each bulb. somewhere on it, it will say 6500k or 65k. ive bought packs of cfl's and got home to find out that someone switched out a 5000k bulb for the 6500k. all the bulbs should emit the same color.
