CFL lighting placement.

Love my T5s but the CFL suppliments suck when it comes to placement. Always hanging down by the cord and can never get placement just like it needs to be. What about these flexible light arms. Looks like it will screw right into bulb base. Just need a stand or clamp. Arms up to 24" long. Here's a pic and the link to supplier.
