depends on how many seedlings u have but id say 1 26w bulb is enough for 4 seedlings for the first week, after that you need about 50-100w per plant for veg and 100w or more per plant for flower

We use one 23 watt CFL per plant for the first week, then double up for the next 2 weeks

What is a good temp and humidity level for sprouts? I want to start with CFLs and then go to a 600 watt MH and HPS for flowering and veg. At what point do I move 4 plants to the 600 watt?

That's a subject I'm sure could be debated, but we tend to switch from CFL to HID at about 3 weeks old, give or take
