hi all just got my self 300w red and blue lights do i need a Lightsafe 13 Amp Contactor? or would i be wasting my cash

I dont really know what that is or what you are askinf really but I run 300 watts of 2700k cfls with no problem

what are you asking? are u asking what king of CFL's you should be using instead of what you have?
