cfl & led lights together help plant growth

By using CFL lights and LED lights in combination, will this aid the plant growth or screw it up

no problem, you can mix and match all sources of light including sunshine, CFL, LED, HPS, MH, etc......

won't aid like a 1000w hps but yeah a mixed spectrum is better.

I'm growing with two CFL's and one LED per plant right now. Much denser results this round compared to my first grow using just CFL's.

I've been playing around with mixing CFL and LED bulbs (Phillips and Cree)....been going well and no heat issues
