Is this guy kidding, Show me 1 pic of a HID flowered from seed plant that proves your week and wispy theory. Make me a believer. Because Personally I think your talking out your ass, because your a CFL hater (in my case HID CAN NOT BE USED) But there are several grows on here that have BLOWN HID lighting out of the water. Check out CANNABIZNESS' grow. And my first plant grow.
Sorry if I offend you but a 10 inch cola as big around as my wrist at 40 days of flowereing is in my book a BIG THICK COLA. Show me yours please

Nice grow so far man... I'm using CFL's too... and have a feeling mine might end up looking like that lol... But I think mine are a bit taller.

I am not a CFL hater, I use it myself to veg plants with. I think CFL works great for vegging, but HPS is king for flowering. When a CFL grown bud gets dried and cured it shrivels up so badly it almost disappears. I know, I have flowered with them. I did have some good bud though, just not dense thick nuggets of it. Since the switch to HPS I have DRAMATICALLY increased yields.

I didnt fucking ask if they looked better than a HID grow, I simply asked how they looked in general, Not to be compared to an HID grow. Like I said, I CAN NOT USE A HID. Yet you jump in and say how bad they look or WEAK AND WISPY compared to a HID grow. It dont look like any of those plants were FLOWERED FROM SEED, Not clone, SEED. If they are, those are the best looking fucking plants on this planet grown under a 400w HID From SEED.
I wasnt looking for an ego stroking. I could simply go fire up one of my Flame ASS BAD OSCARS, that was grown by my own hand, if that was the case

lookin good man. im veggin and flowerin with cfl to. Got some tips so i can get my plant lookin like that beast?

My first advice would be to get a HID lamp for flowering .......(Just Kidding NoDrama)
No, actually, My advice is to keep as many lights as close to the plant as possible, If you think you have enough, add a few more (I have 16 total ranging from 26w to 42w in a 2x3 area) And listen to the plants , they will tell you when something is wrong. I also use molasses every third watering and have since they sprouted, but thats controversial. I think these plants are FAR from perfect. But with a little luck, they may turn out KICK ASS
