You dont want to. You want to set up your lights so they can be raised and lowered. I recommend getting some clamp lights from a hardware store. You can easily remove the clam and the reflector and hang the lights from the top by hooks. Also, in the same section of the hardware store, are bulb splitters so you can attach 2 bulbs per socket.
