CFL and LED setup

Hi everyone,
I am hoping some of you experienced growers can advise me on setting up my grow tent.
I have purchased this item http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/261544581296?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT
And intend to grow 4 plants in coco fibre in self watering pots.
The supplier of this kit said I do not need a reflector on the CFL and I should hang it vertically. I have done this and have the LEDs hanging next to it at around a 45 degree angle.
I would appreciate any thoughts and advice regarding this setup. My seedlings are about 2 inches tall in little jiffy pots. Thank you

Any pics of your set up there's not much anyone can really say!!! Im guessing you know most of your setup is really cheap quality.

I can probably afford a couple of hundred dollars or so at the moment if it will make a big difference, Do you think that what I have is insufficient for a first crop ?

No I don't think it's insufficient bud will definitely grow on the set up you got, but to be honest I can't see you getting more than 8 ounces with 4 plants I reckonyou would be lucky to get 8, only because they are really cheap and nasty leds light penetration would be shocking, have you grown before, do you no how to top plants, lst and so forth? If I was you I would get a 150w hps and you's the leds as side lighting get them right on the sides of your grow tent on that 45 degree angle about 10 inches away and have the hps in the middle

I would do that for flowering only, but I would use those two leds for veg, than when you want to switch to flowering move the LEDs to the side like I said befor and have the hps in the middle, basically those LEDs would be ok for veg but that's about it, I don't think you would have heat issues if you got a hps because you have an exhaust fan

Thank you very much for your help.
I have grown before using metal halide and sodium for flowering, I have planted in coco fibre and hand water as needed with regular flushes. I have previously tipped my plants before cutting the hours back and then feed them through a plastic trellis to keep them as level as I can, do you think the CFL is ok to be used vertically during vegetation ?

Thanks Jungle, you said you thought I would be lucky to get 8 oz from 4 plants with my current setup, how big a difference do you think the light you kindly suggested would make ?

8 to 16 with the light and LEDs on the side if you veg for 5-6 weeks, and topping each plant twice and use good nutes
