if you mix a pure red, pure green, and pure blue light together, you will see white light. that's how light works. white light is the mixture of all spectrums of light from red to violet. MH lights are know for having more blue light in them, and HPS lights are known for having more red light in them. I know that CMH lights put out a nice full spectrum, but I was wondering if they put out the same amount, less, or more blue light than a comparable standard MH. And also do they put out the same, less, or more red light than a comparable HPS light?
