yah so yesterday me and my friend had been smoking and we went to pull out of a parking lot and he didn't turn on his headlights so the cops fuckin turned around because he didn't have them on for like a minute and found weed, beer and stolen shit...all i was really guilty of was having the weed..he said i will probably have to pay a fine..all i had was a dub anyone know what kind of fine i'll have to pay? not too much i hope.
 
How did they get permission to search the car anyway? Please dont tell me you let them. Cops usually try freaking people out into letting them search their cars without a warrant.
 
If you never have been in trouble before you'll get a slap on the wrist.. small fine , probation, community service , not sure of the laws where you are .. If it was me ,, I'd slap my friend in the head for being a dumbass and forgetting to turn on his lights in the first place. Make him pay the fine and replace the dub.
 
you couldnt dispose a dub. i would shove that shit up my ass lol. i seen a dude on cops the other night chompin on a blunt for 5 minutes. he started to sweat and was trying to choke that shit down lol. the cop said are you eating weed haha and said spit that shit out. he said i wont send you to jail on that little bit. i was shocked cuz he didnt go to jail. i have never seen a cop who isnt a dick.
 
well I don't think they need a warrant if they find a stolen cash register in your car do they? oh and by the way the reason i didn't 'dispose of it' is because i thought it was in a small pocket of a back pack that was in the car cause i thought thats where i remembered having it last but i guess i left it right on the passenger side floor im a fuckin idiot lol:joint:

I saw that!! the guy told the cop it was tobacco lip? I was surprised as hell he let that guy go! and he told him it was like a .5... that shit was like a gram at the least haha he was spitting shit out for like a minute straight :blsmoke:

id be more worried about that then the green but depending on where you are the laws are different where i am i know people who did time in work release for 2 joints..but they might have just got a fine and coiuldnt pay it so they had to go to work release to pay it off im not sure exactly why

haha i know right...the reason i'm not worried about the cash register is b/c i had nothing to do with it i wasnt the 1 driving and i had no idea he was going to take it and we both put that in our statements...it was from a pizza/icecreamshop they keep the icecream shop unlocked because its closed in the winter which is the funny part because im sure there wasnt even any money in there..all he had to do was either turn his lights on or put it in the trunk and we wouldn't have got caught and all i had to do was hide my shit instead of leaving it on the fucking floor..oh well lol i got court soon we'll see what happens.

Youll only get the probation, if your hearing is in front of a really dick ass judge. For the most part, if you get busted with a dub youll get a small fine anywhere from 100-300 dollars if memory serves correctly and a few hours community service, no big deal. My moms a pulblic defender and deals with small possession drug charges all the time. Its not much to worry about, just dont take it to court, cause then youll be charged like 800-900 dollars in court costs like i was. Thats where they fucking rape ya. Good luck man.
 
But yes, deffinatly slap the shit outta your friend for not turning his lights on. I dont understand how if its night time out people forget to turn their lights on.

Yeah they definitely infringe on those rights. It;s aashame but they really should be monitored by a third party...like a non-biased lawyer, or vidoetaping everything they do...they are evil.

dont get too comfy....just because you 'claimed' not to know about the register, they can and might charge that ass with you being an accessory....

i agree...
if possesions not a mm in your state they will prolly screw you with probation. They like to give people two years for basically anything in ohio
