Catching White Flies Early

Got some bud growing with sun flowers which seem to have spread white flies to my flowering babies. I caught them early and I think I managed to get rid of all of them. The flies were still mostly green when I saw them, and they were on the bottom leaves only so I picked what I could off with forceps then sprayed the hell outta each remaining set of leaves on my plants on mist mode with the garden hose. Lastly I moved my plants inside and set my AC at 65 degree's and let them sit inside overnite (they are in pots). I did this to slow their reproduction. This morning there was only 3 on one leaf. Seems this technique worked. I grow SOG so my plants are fairly small. I am going to start checking my leaf bottoms daily!

They do not seem to have very good grip on the plants, I can see how the soap would help. I literally went leaf by leaf on mist mode. I caught them so early the leaves were not infected except on one plant, I just cut it, since they transferred a disease.
