Hey guys, ok this is the situation I'm quite experienced in this game but this is the first time I've been in this position ive got 2 room set up in a house but it's rented so I'm on a very tight schedule to have things patched up before the first viewing so I've only partially coverd the carpet where I felt it was most needed so a good section in each room is still uncoverd, how high is the chance that this will cause me problems with pests humidity and fungus?
