Can a cargiver get a job with a MMC grow op ?

Yea but you would no longer be a caregiver, you would be an employee and be making about the same as McDonalds.

it would matter if you have a felony. If you have one , no work in a dispensary.

So you are saying that i can not work at the center and still have my caregiver grow at a seperate location ?

I don't believe that there is any rule preventing you from being a caregiver during your time off from a dispensary job.

The caregiver home grow must remain at a separate location from the dispensary grow, of course.

I'm pretty sure if you work for a dispensary you have to give up your right to grow for yourself, but that might just be if you're growing for a dispensary. I'm really not 100% sure since I haven't read through the laws in a bit. I think bs 1284 had a whole section about how working for a dispensary affects your rights

just to help point you in the right direction on where to look. Its either you have to give them up to grow for them, or you have to give them up to work for them, I'm just not sure which one

Yes, you can work at a dispensary and still have your personal grow at a separate location.
