Hey there. Firstly, that box doesn't look quite high enough to row a decent plant in. Also, tin foil is no good man. It reflects like badly, burns your leaves and up the temperature. If I was you, i'll get a bigger box and paint it white on the inside. Just my thoughts.....Happy growing

You're gonna want more light also. As for the alum. foil....I've heard of people using it without it creating hotspots. If the foils all you got FOR NOW, I'd use it. Still take it down when you get somwthing better (white paint or Mylar). As for the lights...you'll probably want some CFLs to add in there.
