Carbon filter question closet grow.

With my carbon filter is it okay to set up down low on the ground out the bottom left side corner in my closet I will make a hole to run it through. My main concern is during flower with the 450w hps and little to cool it down/vent ( 2 small fans running ) the corner under the teal coloured fan is where I'd like to put it.

Will this be alright or should the filter hose be up the top ?

its always best to have the carbon filter at the top, since warm air rises and smell tends to go with it. but if the room is sealed, the the smell will follow the airflow.

Yes it is as close to the top as it can be.
I was referring to the shiny hose that I run into the wall will that be fine running pretty close to the actual carbon filter and the hose extension. It's a 450 watt hps

You should always exhaust your expelled air as high in the outside room as possible. It is the cool air from the floor that you want being sucked into the closet, so you don't want to be disturbing that cool air with hot air from the closet.

Also, I don't think those small little fans will cool the closet running an open 400w HPS. Believe me, in a small space, it gets very hot. You'd be better off getting a cooltube.
