I have my exhaust working both as intake and exhaust , ( Confused ? )
I have my 240 cfm inline duct fan mounted underneath my house sucking in cool air and its blowing threw my cooltube and back out underneath my house again
I use another 240 cfm to suck the smell out my closet into my carbon filter on the other side of my closet
I know what im trying to explain about my closet is probably not making sense ,
Here is a little vid i did in the process of working out some of the kinks i have , My closet is still a work in progress though but its on its way lol
I know its not much but maybe it might give you some ideas to play around with

The less ductiing the more effiecent ur fan will run.
You can either push or pull through a can filter, pulling is much more efficent then pushing is.
I pull through my filter, through my aircooled hoods and then out my furnance ducting for the exhaust from the heater to go out. Just plumbed in a T piece and hooked up my ducting to it as well.
In my old room I used to pull the hot air through my hood and push it out through the filter to kill the smell into the roof of the garage, which would then allow the heat to rise natural through passive vents.
So it sorta depends on your room and options......

you got alot of ducting, i would just get a inline fan not a inline booster fan. i tried them and they never worked for me. the other light you could, i would get a cooltube and vent both lights together with a 6 inch inline fan. other then that it looks good.
also, looks like your using windshield heat things as reflectors for your wall? i use flat white paint for my walls, and hang white poly over my door way. you can do that too if you want or even hang white poly on the walls. its nice and shiny white.

If you do use duct I would advise using hard ducting so you dont have to deal wth bending in the duct and thus losing efficiency just think of air as water the father it goes the slower it goes and the more bends the more CFM's your losing. Why pay for 435 cfm if you only gettin 300?

Well i just notice it does say booster on it but that has me a little confused because its just a 6" inline fan their is nothing extra to it
I do plan on getting another cooltube when im able , the one is a 250 and the other is just a 150 but im gonna be installing an ac in the wall which will cool it of significantly and afterwards i will upgrade my lights to a 1,000 wt hps depending on how well the a.c drops the temps ( Which im sure its gonna be ok )
Yea i got a lot of ducting but its what i have to work with right now
The fan is at the bottom blowing up to the cooltube and out the other side , that othe piece of ducting that is open is my intake just blowing fresh air in their
The stuff on my wall is diamond sheet , i have thought about using the panda film just dont have the funds for it right now

im talking about something like that and if your upgrading to a 1000w hps, i would just put a 10k btw in there to ensure you got enough cold air. so get a 1000w hps cooltube, the fan above and a 10k btw ac.. put the ac in the wall like you said, put the carbon filter in the same room as your grow, stick the fan directly on top of it so its sucking air through your filter, put ducting to your cooltube and under the house. should work pretty good. and also, consider finding another place for the nutes and stuff so you could take the shelf out and have more height.. i had a closet with a shelf i took it out and im gonna grow some trees now and see what i can yield.

I know you want as little ducting as possible, my problem is the size of the fan and filter. My closet is 5x2 and my fan is blowing out one of the 5 foot sides, and the filter is too long to fit behind the fan. I'm asking if the filter will still work okay, and if the fan will still blow okay, if I add some ducting between the filter and fan. Common sense tells me yes, but the answer isn't always so simple. I've never used or even held a carbon filter before, mine is being shipped to me now. I just want to use the duct to make a smooth, soft curve and then attach the filter running perpendicular to the fan, where there is more room.
@ Organics88 I went to the hardware store and bought my 6" ducting without paying much attention. When I got home and realized how solid it looked compared to the stuff I see on the online hydro shops, I though I had made a mistake and bought the wrong kind of ducting. Thanks for clearing that up for me.
