Yes you'll be able to use a small filter. If you are using 120-200W CFL's than I'd say min 4" vortex fan and a 620 Mountain Air charcoal filter. Also consider going with the largest charcoal filter you can get. Sometimes its hard to keep the humidity lower in the tent and high humidity will reduce the effectiveness of the charcoal filter.

Im planing on using a 65w CFL?

No they look fine. Dont mess with em. Keep the light where it is until they grow into it better. Also dont over water.
