i was in to a car accident about a month ago and i was not high and no tickets were issued or taken a drug test. i was wondering if insurance company could make me take a drug test?

Nope, it would be like giving you a sobriety test for alcohol a month after the accident.

I live in Canada, its a lot more slack here. We are on the verge of letting it go, thank god.

Here in WA about to decriminalize. 100$ civil infraction.. No more jail, at least for peeps with 1.4 ozs or less.. In my opinion just let it be free, fucking gov torturing mother earth!!!
