TGA Querkle. Week 1 of flower. Using Botanicare Pro Bloom Pro Grow along with hydro plex silica blast liquid karma aqua shield at 6.3 PH. Promix 4 soil. Any idea whats this is?

TBH, at 3 weeks, I wouldn't be feeding yet, and those spots are so small, I wouldn't worry about them just yet without more details, but if you're worried, and it progresses, give a little CA.
