Can't find the right name for this bug (little beatle)

It looks like a beatle, they are around the base of the pot and they are black with little white babies. I can't really freak out about it since I didn't take the proper precautions when my brother gave me this one but I can say that I would like to know what will kill these fuckers.

I have neem , safer soap, and captain jacks dead bug brew. If those won't work please list me something else I can use to kill these little beatle fucks

I don't really like the name Joey as I like Kangaroos, how about we call it Sally. I think the best effort would be to just throw the fucker away and bleach the room. Such a waste but bugs are not something I like dealing with for cycle upon cycle.

Sally is a great name but that is implying that it is female, and she could be pregnant. Bad

She either was pregnant or is pregnant cuz I see these little fuckers clear as day now. I see clearly 5 - 8 of the adults and a whole bunch of little white spots on the pot moving so life is ended...

Sally must die and all of her children, I am commiting an act of genocide. I will see you in the morning.
