You need to train the plant on the scrog net, so put up when the plant is the same height as the net, train plant along net. When net is full (or nearly so) switch to flower. Keep training until stretch has finished.

Right i got you! Basically the net is my best option then.. always thought it would be more of a task but as i have learnes last couple days having a net would actually be a huge help
