Can't calibrate brand new blue lab ppm meter has anyone else had this issue? Please help

Im trying to calibrate my brand new blue lab ppm meter I took a packet of their 2.77 ec solution and poured it into a clean shot glass but the meter is reading 2.3 ec instead of 2.7 has anyone else had this issue? How did you fix it?

Contact blue lab, they have great customer service. I had a similar issue and it was the calibration solution had evaporated a bit throwing off the EC, they overnights me a new solution and haven't had a problem sense.

I like blue lab. Last longer than any Hanna equipment I've had and way better customer support
