Yum fresh butter going into oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. Should get me through the weekend with no docs meds!!

Does it smell as green as it looks???

Yes sir it does. It smells danky as hell, should be delicious. Did a reduced simmer for a while and let it really get done The result is something that is really fricking potent for knocking you out LOL

The only thing I can think of that is that green are tinned mushy peas.
I've had hash that's been greenish
but that stuff is GREEN
Like SUPERGREEN

Yes that butter is SUPERGREEN. Agreed. It looks like it has been strained well though and hopefully it will have a good medical effect. Enjoy and don't eat too much!

How do you "wash" butter? I'm curious. And what is the purpose.

it makes it tast better, removes chlorophyll. google it
you basically melt your butter down again rinse it with water. for really potent batches you want to do this a couple times.
i didnt know anything about it until like my third batch haha. it helps

On this whole note anyone ever tried making cannabutter with ghee?

Basicly you repeat the initial process with just butter and water. Every time u take the cooled butter off the water you will notice the water is a bit clearer/cleaner than the previous time. Btw 5 gallon paint strainers are much eaiser than cheese cloth and reusable.
There is a few threads about ghee as well.

Nope, no washing done. was made and then cooled and then cooked with in that order..


Didnt have enough time before family came home to wash it.
